3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients are entitled to reschedule or cancel appointments free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled technician visit. Cancellations initiated with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a standard dispatch processing fee of ₹500.

4. Property Access & Safety

Homeowners must ensure safe, clear access to necessary electrical mains, water supply shut-off valves, and structural work areas. Our technicians reserve the right to pause operations if working conditions present unsafe environmental or structural risks.

5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Warranties cover repairs and structural waterproofing executed exclusively by homeshieldx.com personnel using verified materials. Any tampering, unapproved DIY repairs, or third-party alterations made after service completion immediately voids all associated service guarantees.
